I would like to add "boring" to that list. Those words are void of hope and love and joy (and creativity, for that matter). They aren't flattering to their user. When CFW was 8, one night at bed-time she got real teary and confessed to repeating something she'd heard her friends say: "Girls go to Mars to get candy bars; boys go to Jupiter to get more stupider."
It was traumatic. I must agree with the "boring". I feel like our over-stimulated culture would greatly benefit from understanding the peace of simplicity. (as I answer text messages, tweet, and respond to blog comments all at the same time)
